A Nine Dream cafe serves everything from your morning hot coffee to a quick, yummy and healthy lunch to a lite supper. A concierge can take in your dry cleaning, arrange your dog to be walked or schedule your personal training session in our gym.  In the evenings, our security personnel will ensure that residents are safe and assist with after-hours requests.

Residents and their guests may park in our 277-car automated parking structure. You will pull your car into one of three loading bays, answer a few questions and exit. The system takes your car and stores it in our subterranean structure until you’re ready to leave. Your retrieved- car is facing the street, so you can exit quickly and easily. No longer will you need to drive into a dark parking garage, or search for a space—your car is where you need it, when you need it.

Once passing through the private gates of INclave, you’ll enter The Hub, the center of activity at INclave.  There you’ll find our beautiful pool/spa area, complete with a pavilion that includes restrooms, showers and lockers, as well as an attractive seating area with a large outdoor TV and fireplace.

Nearby is a BBQ area with a large community table and other seating. A bleacher area will provide for outdoor gatherings or Friday night movies.  There is also a game area, with outdoor ping pong tables and other field games.  There is parking for food trucks for community events, and café lights make this a great spot to hang out in the evening.

On The Mezzanine, you’ll find our handsome, contemporary community room where you can hang out and watch the Big Game or attend a group Pot Luck.  Nearby is our well-equipped gym with a mix of cardio equipment, resistance equipment and free weights.  Adjacent is a private Yoga/Pilates room with an outdoor terrace.  Our concierge will schedule classes or private trainers on an as-requested basis.

There is a business center, with meeting rooms you can rent on an hourly basis for twenty, six or four people.  You also may rent a work station in an area nearby, for a day, week or month, so you have a quiet workplace away from your home.  Our meeting rooms can be converted to party facilities as well, for private dinners or other events.

The residences at INclave are delivered unfurnished and located on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors.  A mix of studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are for lease.  Each unit features high-end finishes, an open, loft-style layout and private balconies.  On the 3rd floor and half of the 5th floor, there is a large open sitting area adjacent to the units.  The 5th floor also features an outdoor terrace with outdoor fireplace overlooking the pool area at The Hub.


Well-behaved pets are welcome at INclave, and we will help you care for your furry friends.Our concierge can arrange for walks, grooming, boarding or vacation care.  We have a dog play area behind INclave with a grooming station.
