INclave is a dynamic mixed-use development in the Marina Arts District of Marina del Rey, California. Located at 4065 Glencoe Avenue, INclave defines live-work-play space, where healthy living and working promotes creativity and a productive, happy life. Developed by Steaven Jones Development Company and Creative Office Properties, the project comprises a 2,160 sq. ft. café, Ten, by Bar Nine, 65,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the art creative office space and 49 apartment units in an exciting campus environment with many amenities. It also has 282 parking spaces – five surface spaces and 277 in an automated parking structure designed by AutoParkIt™.
INclave was designed by Gustaf Soderbergh and Peter Petraglia from VTBS. It features modernist architecture with classic lines and contemporary high end finishes. The project is being constructed by WEST Builders, Inc., a prominent general contracting company based in Santa Rosa, CA with offices in Culver City, CA.
The INclave campus has an ideal mix of creative office space and residential units, as well as a 2,160 sq. ft. café, ‘Ten’ by Bar Nine. The management office is at the front of the property, for easy access and additional property security. The automated parking facility is also easily accessible from the front of the property. At the rear of the property, away from car traffic, are many of the project amenities including a pool and spa, outdoor pavilion and dog play area.
INclave is scheduled for completion in June of 2019.
