With polished concrete floors, 20 foot high ceilings, skylights, and operable windows, the office space is bright and airy. Each suite has an ideal number of private offices, conference rooms, storage areas and open space where tenants can configure the area to fit their needs with their furniture systems. INclave’s office space also features private restrooms, as well as kitchen areas adjacent to private patios. Fiber optic cable is available with speeds up to 3 gigabytes. Many of the suites have entrances directly off the open amenity area, which will become an extension of their office space and a place to gather or take a break from a busy day.
