On the 2nd floor and accessible to all tenants is a fully-equipped gym with free weights and a separate yoga/pilates studio with a private terrace. They are adjacent to a community room with a fully-equipped kitchen, TV area and pool table, and includes a business center with conference rooms for 4, 6 or up to 20 people. You can stay connected with free campus-wide high-speed WiFi. There is a concierge in the office who can receive packages, arrange for your car to be washed or dry cleaning to be picked up/delivered or your pet to be groomed.
